SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Products are shipped within 1 to 5 business days of order and are sent via Australia Post.

Shipping charges will be calculated by weight upon checkout.

We ship internationally via Australia Post Air. Please see full list of countries at checkout.

Please note, for international delivery, you the customer may have to pay custom/excise fees on your orders.

 

PAYMENT PROCESSING

We use Paypal because we believe it to be a very safe way to buy goods online. And it’s easy! You do not have to have a Paypal account or log-in to anything to process your order. Paypal is an international secure payment service used by millions of people every day for purchasing goods online. If we can trust it, trust us, you can trust it. You may pay for your purchases using any major credit card including Visa, Mastercard or American Express and you will receive confirmation of payment via email.

 

FAULTY GOODS

As all Shemana's products are made using natural and raw ingredients you will see slight variations from batch to batch, this is completely normal and due to the nature of the materials and ingredients used to create the products from season to season. However, if you think your product has a serious problem or the packaging is damaged,please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of usage are not considered to be faulty.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Shemana is committed to providing customer satisfaction.

 If your product was damaged during delivery or found to be defective, please return within 14 days for exchange. 

Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Please send an email to info@shemana.com.au and we will guide you through the process for returning your goods.  

We cannot be responsible for returned goods lost in transit so please insure your returned items for your own peace of mind. Please allow 2-3 weeks for proces. Products return without contacting Shemana first will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Please not shipping costs will not be refunded.
