Shemana Affiliate & Practitioner Partner Program
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Program Overview

This Program is operated by Shemana Pty Ltd (“Shemana,” “we,” “us”). It offers two tracks: the Affiliate Program and the Practitioner Partner Program. Participation is subject to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Participants must apply via the relevant registration form and be approved by Shemana. Approval is at Shemana's discretion. Shemana may decline or remove any applicant without obligation to give reasons.

3. Program Tracks

3.1 Affiliate — for content creators, influencers, and educators promoting Shemana to a personal audience.

3.2 Practitioner Partner — for beauty and wellness professionals who use and recommend Shemana products in a professional capacity.

3.3 Ambassador — an invite-only status. There is no application process. Shemana may invite participants from either track into Ambassador status based on content quality, brand alignment, and consistent performance. No participant is entitled to Ambassador status by tenure or volume alone.

4. Commission & Discount Rates

4.1 Standard tier (both tracks): 10% commission on referred sales.

4.2 Affiliate audience-facing discount code: 15% off, for the Affiliate's audience.

4.3 Affiliate personal-use discount: 20% off, for the Affiliate's own purchases, provided at approval.

4.4 Practitioner client-facing discount code: 15% off, for the Practitioner's clients.

4.5 Practitioner personal-use discount: 30% off, for the Practitioner's own purchases, provided at approval.

4.6 Ambassador rewards: determined individually by Shemana and may include commission, store credit, or product, adjusted to the relationship and content performance. No fixed Ambassador rate is published or guaranteed.

4.7 Shemana reserves the right to apply a maximum commission cap per transaction. Any cap will be notified via the Participant's dashboard or account communication.

5. Attribution & Tracking

5.1 Referrals are tracked via a unique referral link (30-day cookie window) and a personal coupon code. These are two separate mechanisms and either can independently trigger commission.

5.2 A sale is commissionable if the customer clicks the Participant's referral link within the 30-day window and completes a purchase, whether or not the coupon code is used, or if the coupon code is applied at checkout.

5.3 Commission does not require both mechanisms to fire. A Participant is not disadvantaged for referrals made through link-sharing alone.
5.4 Commission is earned only on completed, eligible orders approved by Shemana. Draft orders, abandoned checkouts, cancelled orders, refunded orders, and chargebacks are not commissionable.

6. Payouts

6.1 Store credit is issued automatically and immediately upon referral approval. There is no minimum threshold and no fixed payout date.

6.2 PayPal is available to Affiliates once this payment method is active on their account; until then, store credit is the available payout method. Practitioner Partners are paid via store credit only.

6.3 Payouts apply to referrals tracked after the relevant payout method was activated on the Participant's account.

7. Self-Orders, Fraud & Misuse

7.1 Orders placed by a Participant on their own referral link or coupon code do not earn commission.

7.2 Misuse includes, without limitation: fraudulent referrals, incentivised or fake transactions, misrepresentation of Shemana or its products, and circumventing the self-order restriction above.

7.3 Shemana may suspend or terminate a Participant's account immediately on reasonable suspicion of misuse, and may withhold or reclaim commission connected to it.

8. Clawback

Shemana may deduct or reclaim commission already paid where the underlying order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or later found to breach these Terms.

9. Content Usage Rights

9.1 Gifted product. Product provided at approval is given in exchange for the Participant creating and/or sharing content featuring Shemana with their audience. This is the agreed payment for that content. No further payment, commission, or credit is owed for it, unless §9.3 applies.

9.2 Organic usage. By participating, the Participant consents to Shemana reposting their Program-related content on Shemana's own social channels, website, and email, at no additional fee.

9.3 Paid usage (standard). Shemana may run a Participant's content as a paid advertisement from Shemana's own advertising accounts. Where this content runs as an isolated ad or ad set, Shemana will pay the Participant 10% of net revenue generated, calculated as the ad's attributed sales revenue (per the advertising platform's own reporting) minus the media spend used to generate it. This is separate from any standard commission the Participant earns via their referral link or coupon code.

9.4 Whitelisting / Partnership Ads. Running an advertisement directly from the Participant's own social account (e.g. Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads) requires the Participant's explicit account-level authorisation and is available to Ambassador-tier Participants only. Rate, duration, and access terms are negotiated individually, based on factors including audience size, engagement, and brand alignment.

10. Term & Termination

10.1 Either party may end participation at any time, by notice for the Participant, or immediately for Shemana in cases of breach or misuse.

10.2 Commission properly earned before termination remains payable, except where Section 8 applies.

10.3 On termination, the Participant must stop using their referral link, coupon code, and any Shemana marketing assets.

11. Changes to the Program

Shemana may amend these Terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Participants. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
