02. How do I join?
Access to the Members Program is through the "Rewards" button in the bottom left hand corner of the website home page.
It's free to join. Simply create an account (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in to receive your points! (Sorry, we cannot offer points for purchases made if you check out as a guest.)
03. How do I earn points?
You can earn points by shopping Shemana or engaging and interacting with our different activities:
1 point for every $1 spent, leaving a review, referring friends or following us on socials. See the rewards pop-up box for all options.
04. How do I view my point status?
To see all your Members Program Activities. sign in and go to the "REWARDS" button in the bottom right corner. A pop-up window will appear, here you will be able to see your accumulated points and what rewards you are eligible for, friend referrals and all your Activities.
05. How do I redeem my points?
Sign in to your account and click the "REWARDS" button. You'll be able to see your eligible rewards. When you click on the rewards you want to redeem, you will be sent an email with the discount code.
06. Is there a points limit or expiry?
No, your points will never expire! And there is no limit to how many point you acquire!
07. How do I receive my birthday points?
Your special birthday points will arrive the morning of your birthday straight into your account.
