SHIPPING & RETURNS

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email to verify payment and details. A tracking link will be sent once your parcel is dispatched.
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from our Byron Bay HQ.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the following business days.

We ship via Australia Post and Aramex Courier Services.

Free shipping on all orders over $99. 

Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below the threshold, free shipping does not apply.

Orders under $99 are calculated by weight.

We ship domestically via Aramex Couriers and Australia Post.

A Tracking Number will be emailed to you once dispatched.

ll international order are calculated by weight at checkout.

International shipping is not included in our free shipping offer.

International orders are sent via Australia Post are automatically covered for loss or damage.

To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

Every Shemana product is handmade in small batches at our in-house studio in Byron Bay, Australia. This artisanal approach allows us to maintain complete control over quality, freshness, and ingredient integrity. Small-batch production ensures that every formula is poured, blended, and packaged with precision and care — never mass-produced or stored for long periods. By crafting in-house, we preserve the potency of our botanical actives and crystalline remedies, delivering products that are fresher, more vibrant, and energetically aligned with our standards of excellence.

Shemana sources exclusively from trusted Australian suppliers who uphold cruelty-free and environmentally responsible standards. Each ingredient is selected for quality, purity, and alignment with our values of respect and sustainability. We continually review our supply chain to ensure our materials are sourced with care for both people and the planet.

Never. Shemana only partners with suppliers who maintain strict cruelty-free policies. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.

All Shemana products are vegan-friendly, They do not contain any animal derivative ingredients, with the exception of the Golden Age Beauty Balm, which contains natural beeswax.

Our products are crafted for freshness and best used within 12 months of opening. Each item includes a batch number and expiry date for your reference.

Natural variation is part of the beauty of small-batch production. Each Shemana formula is handmade using plant-based ingredients sourced from different regions and seasons, so subtle differences in scent, colour, or texture may occur. These natural shifts do not affect the quality or performance of your product — they reflect the living nature of our botanical ingredients.

Yes, our formulations are designed to support skin balance and barrier health, but as with any natural product, we recommend patch testing first, especially for sensitive skin.

Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Our formulations use natural ingredients and essential oils diluted to safe levels of 1–3%. However, as essential oils can be stimulating, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Products may also be diluted further with a carrier oil if desired.

Yes, though we advise using small amounts and performing a patch test first. For very young children, you can further dilute oils and balms with a neutral carrier oil to ensure extra gentleness.

Shemana Mists are preserved with Phenoxyethanol, a gentle, non-toxic, and “nature-identical” ingredient that mirrors compounds found in plants such as green tea and chicory. It provides broad-spectrum protection against bacteria, mould, and yeast, keeping each Mist safe and stable over time. At less than 1% concentration, Phenoxyethanol is recognised by global cosmetic safety bodies as a clean, effective alternative to harsher preservatives like parabens or formaldehyde donors. This ensures longevity and integrity without compromising on purity or performance.
