TERMS OF TRADE

MOQ
Minimum Order Quantity is $350. All products can be ordered individually, in mix and match style.

ORDERING
Visit www.shemana.com.au and click the account icon in the top bar to log in. Once logged in with your approved email, the entire site becomes shoppable at wholesale prices. The wholesale portal also holds stockist-only products, including testers and the Pro Range. If you are not yet approved as a stockist, head to the “Apply for Wholesale” page.

WHOLESALE ACCOUNT ACTIVITY
Your first wholesale order must be placed within 60 days of account approval. Following this, an order must be placed at least once every 180 days to keep your account active. Accounts that fall outside these timeframes will go under review. We’ll make reasonable efforts to contact you before deactivation, giving you the opportunity to place an order or let us know if your circumstances have changed.

PRODUCT FRESHNESS & PRESENTATION
As a Shemana stockist, we ask that you keep your product range fresh, current and well presented, so customers receive the best possible Shemana experience. Please regularly check product expiry dates, testers and overall condition, and replace any stock that is outdated, damaged or no longer representative of the current Shemana range.

PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in AUD. All wholesale orders are pro forma only, with goods dispatched following full payment.

GST / TAX
All prices are listed excluding GST. A 10% GST will be applied at checkout.

FREIGHT
Freight is not included in listed prices. All shipping and handling costs are calculated by weight and added to your invoice.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to fulfil all stockist orders as efficiently as possible, though processing and dispatch times may vary. Please allow a reasonable timeframe for fulfilment, as immediate or next-day turnaround is not guaranteed.

TESTERS
One tester is available to purchase with your order of the matching line item, at 75% off RRP. Find testers in the wholesale portal.

PRO RANGE
We offer a small selection of professional back-basin products to top up your clinic rooms or testers. These are not for retail sale.

USE OF BRAND ASSETS
Approved stockists receive access to a curated library of Shemana brand assets, including imagery and marketing materials. These assets are for use on your website and social channels solely to promote Shemana products within your business. Shemana imagery may support your broader business promotion only where it directly features or references Shemana products, and must not be used to promote unrelated products, services or brands. All imagery remains the property of Shemana and must be used in line with brand integrity and positioning.

ONLINE ADVERTISING POLICY: GOOGLE ADS & GOOGLE SHOPPING
To maintain brand integrity and protect Shemana’s organic search presence, all stockists with an online store are subject to the following restrictions:

  • Stockists may not run paid Google Ads or Google Shopping campaigns that feature Shemana’s brand name, product names, or any variation of Shemana trademarks as keywords or in ad copy.
  • This policy ensures Shemana retains its position as the primary search result when customers look for our products online.
  • Violations of this policy may result in a review of your stockist agreement.
